I will only take my car to the Monro. They are honest, friendly, and fair. They truly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing the best service and never try to trick you into getting anything that’s unnecessary. They treat everyone with respect. They have my business and trust for my entire lifetime.

I've been here a few times for various maintenance but unfortunately had a bad experience the last time I brought my car in for service. I had an oil change and was concerned about my tire pressure. I scheduled my appointment online and it said to drop-off from 7-11am which is a wide window but I didn't think much of it since I got a reminder text with the same information. I show up and the manager was not there but the man I spoke to told me that "wasn't a real time" and my appointment was at 8am and I had missed it. He kept harping on the time slot almost to the point of berating me for not knowing better. The manager came and was helpful but I was not able to get my car serviced that day. I scheduled a "real time" and got my oil changed but I guess the TMPS sensor has a malfunction and they were not able to fix that. My tip would be to call to confirm an appointment as the online booking does not align with what the shop has available.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an oil change and brake service appointment for a Saturday morning online. They emailed giving me a time range of 7:30am - 11am, no exact time was given. I showed up at 10am and was told my appointment was actually at 8am and the only time that day they could get my car in was 5pm. The man at the desk suggested it was my fault I didn't know this mysterious time that I was never told, but admitted this is a consistent problem with their out of country call center that schedules for them. I called again around 4:15 to get a possible update on my car and was told information about a completely different car that I had nothing to do with. The man on the phone said his name was Kevin and was very unprofessional and rude to me on the phone. I had to call a second time to get the correct information on my car. I was never called when my car was finished with service, only called right before they were closed to ask if I was going to pick up the car because they were closing. They charged me $30 to put air in my tires and told me they didn't do anything to my brakes because they did not need service which I know is not true. When I got to my car t

This place is so overpriced they have no idea what they are doing and will overcharge you and take advantage of you. My car was out of commission and it was the closest tow to where it broke down. They charged me $430 for spark plugs which is a $70 part and my car was still not fixed and I had to tow it to my mechanic. Do not bring your car here. I see now that you are looking to rectify the situation; the manager Kevin was unhelpful and doubled down on the price even though it was outrageous when I talked to him on the phone. My husband — who does not own the car was told close to $400 for the spark plugs— he does not own the car I would have said NO. AND this did not fix my car. I was charged another $30 in fees and also had to spend $120 to tow it home. Kevin on the phone said it was too bad and I was stuck paying $430 and he “didn’t understand the disconnect” There is no disconnect. I was taken advantage of and that price is outrageous. Please call and text the number on file for this car if you care to actually help. I will continue to tell everyone not to go to Monro.

Having been the manager of that store many years ago, i half expected it to be somewhat the same, the manager and tech were fine, did everything they were supposed to. But it became obvious that doing exhaust work was not a priority any more. The quote I got actually took my breath away. I was expecting around $300.00 for a simple muffler replacement. What I got was an estimate for more than twice that. The muffler was quoted At twice retail plus installation, if the muffler had been a stock item at $250.00 Plus &85.00 for installation it would have been right on the money at $335.00. Thankfully i still do my own repairs and with my professional discount, i was able to do the job for $240.00 Had a great time visiting my old shop and reminiscing anout the good ole days when things made sense.
